I had a telephone call today from Elephant Insurance quality control manager today asking if my website regarding my problems with Elephant Insurance was still up. I've been meaning to take it down but haven't got round to it! I should have said that as I'm self employed, they'd have to pay me to take it down!
I think I'm actually going to replace it with some text saying that although I had had problems, they have all been resolved.
