I noticed that after installing the RTM versions, I cannot open the workflow in design view. I get an error message in the designer stating that it can't find "microsoft.sharepoint.WorkflowActions.Intl". Seems that the reference to "microsoft.sharepoint.WorkflowActions.dll" is not enough.
